How we look after your details. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
Rainbow Holistics is run by Nicola Lazarou from Nicky’s Wellness Retreat in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan. If you have any questions about your details, call or WhatsApp 07561 343098.
What we collect
When you send a message through this website, we collect your name, your phone number or email address, what the message is about and what you write. When you book a treatment, we may ask about your health so we can treat you safely.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange your appointment and look after you during your treatment. We never sell your details, and we won’t send you marketing unless you’ve asked us to.
Who else handles it
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Messages sent through the form pass through a secure server run by our website provider, Kinto Creative, in the EU, and are then emailed to us. They don’t use your details for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as we need them to reply and arrange your booking. Treatment records are kept for as long as our insurance requires.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies. If you close the little WhatsApp note, your browser remembers that so it doesn’t pop up again. That stays on your device and nothing is sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
