Let us massage your cares away for 60 minutes with our deluxe facial. We concentrate not only on your skin care but on the neck and shoulders, to alleviate tension and stress in this area, as this is quite often a result of our fight or flight response. Tension occurs when our body perceives that it is under threat, emotionally or physically. Allow us to help you drift away in a sense of pure relaxation.

Through reiki, we channel energy whilst you rest to promote relaxation. We use crystals to enhance the results and balance your chakras.

All the benefits of reiki, from a distance. We perform the reiki treatment on our side as if you were with us. We use an agreed time, date and place for you to receive the energy, preferably while you are sleeping. We will send you a link to music to listen to whilst receiving the energy. The next day, we will call you to discuss any message, guidance or feelings we picked up on during your treatment, and will send you an image of the guidance card drawn for you.

Lymphatic drainage uses slow, rhythmic and controlled movements, working with the body’s natural lymphatic system rather than relying on force or pressure. Depending on the treatment, I may work across areas such as the legs, arms, abdomen and face, adapting my techniques to suit each area. Gentle doesn’t mean ineffective.

A little phone conversation, then we will read your cards to find what’s blocking you from achieving what you want, and advice for overcoming them.
