Treatments are by appointment, Monday to Saturday, in Nicky’s garden treatment room on Moxon Way, Ashton-in-Makerfield. We’ll send you the full address when you book.
Health and safety
Rainbow Holistics is run by 2 possibly overprotective mama bears. When we have clients in our care, we feel protective. We want to ensure that they are loved, cared for and protected. Unfortunately, in doing this, we may sometimes lose a potential client. But that’s ok. We aren’t willing to lower our standards.
We may come off as over cautious but it is with your best interest at heart 💚

Before your treatment
Within 24 hours of your treatment, please do not:
- come for your treatment if you have a fever
- have a new tattoo
- have open wounds on the area being treated
- shave or wax
- have botox or fillers
- do an extreme workout
- get sunburnt
- use a sunbed
- be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
If one of these is relevant to you, please let us know. We can explain the dangers of carrying out a treatment under these circumstances. In some cases you need to wait longer.
After your treatment, please avoid
- Alcohol
- Intense workouts
- Heavy caffeine
- Hot baths, showers, hot tubs
- Saunas
- Heavy meals
- Heavy make up (after a facial)
- Sunbeds or sunbathing
- Stressful environments
What to do after your treatment
- Drink plenty of water
- Rest
- Eat light, nutritious meals
- Pay attention to your body
- Allow your body to absorb any products used
Booking and cancellations
Your appointment is time set aside just for you, so we ask for a small deposit when you book.
- Deposit
- £10 secures your appointment and comes off the price on the day
- Changing your appointment
- Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit moves to your new time
- Late cancellations and no-shows
- With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t come to your appointment, your deposit isn’t refunded
- Pamper parties
- A £25 deposit holds your date
